🛍️ Add the product to the cart

Next to all the products available in our offer, you will find a "Buy now" button. After clicking on it, you will receive detailed information about the product. Then, you can choose whether you want to add something else to the cart or proceed to the ordering stage.

After clicking "Add to cart," the product information card will close, and you will be able to add other products to the cart. However, if you click "Buy now" again, you will be redirected to the cart page, where you can finalize your order.

ℹ️ Products marked as "Add to wishlist" are currently unavailable. If you are interested in any of them, you can express your interest to receive a non-binding notification from us when they become available.

✅ Check the contents of the cart

At any time, you can check the contents of your cart. It is represented by a red button with a shopping cart icon in the top menu of the page. Simply click on it to display its contents.

In the cart, you can edit the quantity of the ordered products. At the top part of the cart, you will constantly see the total amount for your order, the current stage of the ordering process, and the estimated delivery time.

ℹ️ At every stage of the ordering process, you can go back and choose different options, including changing the contents of your cart.

🚚 Choose a delivery method

We offer various delivery methods. You can choose between delivery to a specified address or delivery to designated Points/Lockers locations. Additionally, you can select whether you want to make a prepayment for your order or choose payment on delivery.

💰 Pay for the placed order

For the convenience of our customers, we offer various payment methods. From bank transfers from all Polish banks to fast online payments, credit cards, BLIK payments, and Google Pay.

The online payment process is fully secured by Przelewy24 and iMoje. These are among the most popular payment gateways operating in Poland, alongside other well-known brands like PayU, Tpay, and Dotpay.

ℹ️ In case of any payment issues after placing the order, you can find the order confirmation on your email, and you can try to make the payment again by selecting any payment method of your choice.

📦 Track the order status

After finalizing the order, a confirmation is sent to the email address provided in the form. We receive all the exact details that were submitted to us. The order confirmation also includes the current status and a link to track the shipment with the carrier.
