InPost Lockers 24/7 - 10 zł

During the order placement, the buyer has the option to choose a locker location to collect their order. In Poland, we already have nearly 10,000 such machines. The map is updated daily to display functioning machines at all times.

The cost of delivering an order to a InPost Lockers is only 10 PLN. We send packages daily, and the pickup service is available around 12:00 PM.

Lockers also handle cash-on-delivery orders. Payment should be made according to the available method, which is typically by credit card at the machine or in-store if the location is within a shop. However, we recommend making the payment in advance to ensure a quick and smooth package collection process.

During the package pickup, it is essential to check its condition. Any damages should be reported immediately at the machine's location.

ℹ️ During order placement, we enter the location on the map, for example, the city of Kraków. The map will display 100 nearest points in that location. You can also be more precise by providing a street name.

Courier InPost - 13 zł

Ordering to the specified address? A courier would be a good choice. During order placement on the form, please provide precise address details. Kindly remember to include the house number to ensure smooth delivery of the shipment.

The cost of courier delivery via InPost is 13 PLN. We dispatch packages daily, and the pickup service is available around 1:00 PM.

Cash-on-delivery option is also available for delivery. The courier will accept cash or offer payment through a terminal. Please have the exact amount of cash prepared. However, we recommend making advance payments for a quick and smooth package collection process.

During package pickup, it is essential to check its condition. Any damages should be reported promptly to the courier.

ℹ️ In the event of the recipient's absence, the InPost courier may leave a notification. There is a possibility that the courier will make a phone call when attempting delivery.

DPD Pickup - 13 zł

For those interested in pickup at DPD Pickup points, we have also prepared an option to have your shipment delivered to such a location. In Poland, there are already over 2,000 points serviced by DPD, and the map with these locations will be regularly updated.

The cost of delivery to a DPD Pickup point is 13 PLN. We dispatch packages daily, and the pickup service is available around 1:00 PM.

As not all points have been equipped with payment terminals, we do not offer cash-on-delivery option for this delivery method.

Courier DPD - 14 zł

Professional order fulfillment to the specified address? We highly recommend using the DPD courier service. During order placement on the form, please provide the delivery address accurately. Don't forget to include the house or apartment number to facilitate the courier's work.

The cost of delivery by DPD courier is 14 PLN. We dispatch packages daily, and the pickup service is available around 3:00 PM.

Orders with DPD courier can also be handled through cash-on-delivery. The courier will accept the exact cash amount or offer credit card payment. However, we recommend making advance payments to expedite the delivery process.

During package pickup, it is essential to check its condition. Any damages should be reported immediately to the courier.

ℹ️ The DPD courier can make up to 2 delivery attempts in case of the recipient's absence. There is a possibility that the courier will make a phone call in case of any delivery issues.

Post Office pickup points - 13 zł

Polish Post is continuously expanding its network of parcel pickup points. You can now order a shipment directly to a Post Office, an ORLEN station, or even to convenience stores like Żabka, Biedronka, RUCH kiosk, and many other locations available on a convenient map during order finalization. In Poland, there are already over 13,000 points serviced by Polish Post, and the map will be updated every few days.

The cost of delivery to Pickup Points is 13 PLN. We dispatch packages daily, and the pickup service is available around 10:00 AM.

As not all points have been equipped with card payment terminals, and not all of them can accept cash payments, we do not offer cash-on-delivery option for this delivery method.

During package pickup, it is essential to check its condition. Any damages should be reported immediately to the staff at the pickup point.

ℹ️ Shipments delivered to pickup points, depending on the chosen location, may have an extended delivery time. Polish Post allows for up to 3 working days for the delivery to these points.

International delivery

For international customers, we have prepared several delivery options. The most affordable option offers delivery within the EU and the United Kingdom. The only limitation here is the package weight, which is calculated individually based on each order. "Poczta" (Mini Package) allows us to send one figurine in a sturdy cardboard box, while "Poczta" (Medium Package) can fit from 2 to 3 figurines in a robust carton.

Certain selected locations have also received dedicated courier options, and we have sought out the most advantageous price options.

As not all international shipping options allow for payment on delivery, we do not offer cash-on-delivery payment for international packages. Please make sure to select the appropriate delivery option assigned to each country.

During package pickup, it is essential to check its condition. Any damages should be reported immediately to the staff. If the package is damaged during transportation, it should be reported promptly to the delivery company's customer service with full photographic documentation.
